Is Xiara a therapy app or a mental health service?

Short answer

No. Xiara is a conversational companion, not a therapist, clinical service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional mental health care.

Personal conversation is not the same as therapy

A useful conversation can be private, emotional, reflective, or difficult without becoming a clinical service. The category should be defined by what the product claims to do, not by whether people sometimes discuss personal things.

Xiara can help you think something through, remember context, or continue a difficult thread. It does not diagnose or provide clinical treatment.

Clear boundaries make the product more credible

Companionship becomes less trustworthy when ordinary emotional support is dressed up as medical authority.

Xiara is designed to stay conversational: present, context-aware, and useful without pretending to hold a professional role it does not have.
